How do I know what size shirt to purchase? We have a size chart that will guide you in making your purchase.
Will my new t-shirt shrink? Our main shirt is Hanes 6.1 oz 100% pre-shrunk cotton (adult sizes) and Hanes 50/50 (youth sizes). Hanes t-shirts are true to size and shrink far less than other shirts on the market today. All t-shirts will shrink when thrown in the dryer, but Hanes t-shirts seem to shrink in length and not as much in width.
How are the designs printed on the t-shirts? Our shirts are printed using transfers, which are printed in reverse on special release paper. Transfers come in many varieties (spot color, four color process, puff or a combination of these, and digital) and are applied to garments with a heat press. With the exception of digital transfers, commercial transfers are manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities using large screen printing machines.
How do I care for my new t-shirt? For best results, we recommend that you turn your t-shirt inside out and wash in cold water then hang it up to dry. If you follow these guidelines, your t-shirt should last a long time.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
What are your shipping policies? Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders. We ship via USPS Priority Mail Service. Merchandise is normally shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. (Orders placed October - December may experience a slight delay.)
Do you collect sales tax? We are required to collect 6.25% sales tax on shipments to Texas residents only. Sales tax is applied to the total order amount, including shipping and handling charges.
What kind of guarantee do you offer? We offer a no-hassle 30-day satisfaction guarantee. In addition, all t-shirts are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 90 days against defects in workmanship and materials.
What is your returns and exchange policy? We accept returns of unworn t-shirts within 30 days of invoice date. (Shirts that are torn, stained, or show signs of wear can not be returned.) We will be happy to exchange the shirt for a different size or style. If you prefer, we will refund the purchase price , less shipping charges, by placing a credit on your credit card. In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us for return instructions.
